Tripsam Safari Booking Terms

Effective date: February 14, 2026

These terms apply to safari bookings made through Tripsam.

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and authorized to pay for all guests.
  • A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation by Tripsam.
  • Safari entry is subject to forest authority rules, permit limits, and slot availability.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Total payable amount is shown at checkout before payment.
  • Bookings may support full payment or partial payment, as shown at checkout.
  • In partial payment bookings, remaining payable amount to vendor is displayed in booking details.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • If cancelled more than 24 hours before booking time, full-payment bookings are refunded the paid amount.
  • If cancelled more than 24 hours before booking time, partial-payment bookings refund INR 500 only.
  • If cancelled within 24 hours of booking time, no refund is provided.
  • Refunds are initiated to the original payment method and may take additional banking time.

4. Changes, No-show, and Late Arrival

  • Requested date or slot changes are subject to availability and may include additional charges.
  • No-show bookings are non-refundable.
  • Late arrival may result in denied entry or shortened safari without refund.

5. Guest Conduct and Capacity

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions and forest authority regulations.
  • Maximum occupancy limits must be respected for each safari vehicle and slot.
  • Misconduct, prohibited items, or violation of rules may lead to cancellation without refund.

6. Operational Disruptions

  • Tripsam or operator may reschedule or cancel due to weather, safety advisories, government rules, or park closure.
  • When this happens, reschedule or refund handling will be shared based on the specific case.

7. Liability

  • Safari travel involves inherent outdoor and wildlife-related risks.
  • Tripsam is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses to the extent allowed by law.
  • Tripsam total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
