Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all safari bookings made through Tripsam. By completing a booking, you agree to everything set out below.

Booking and Confirmation

The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and authorised to pay for all guests.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation by Tripsam.
Safari entry is subject to forest authority rules, permit limits, and slot availability.

Total payable amount is shown at checkout before payment.
Bookings may support full payment or partial payment, as shown at checkout.
In partial payment bookings, the remaining payable amount to the vendor is displayed in your booking details.

Refunds are initiated to the original payment method and may take additional banking time.

Requested date or slot changes are subject to availability and may include additional charges.
No-show bookings are non-refundable.
Late arrival may result in denied entry or a shortened safari without refund.

Guests must follow all safety instructions and forest authority regulations.
Maximum occupancy limits must be respected for each safari vehicle and slot.
Misconduct, prohibited items, or violation of rules may lead to cancellation without refund.

Tripsam or the operator may reschedule or cancel due to weather, safety advisories, government rules, or park closure.
Reschedule or refund handling will be communicated based on the specific case.

Safari travel involves inherent outdoor and wildlife-related risks.
Tripsam is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses to the extent allowed by law.
Tripsam's total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
